At Imam Mahdi's Healing Energies, we do not accept returned products due to safety and health requirements. Reported issue may compensate to a full refund of your product within the first 10 days of shipped items. We offer a refund or a reshipment for a defective, broken, or unshipped product. Our Costumers agree after the despatch of the delivery item, our store is no longer responsible for a defective, broken, and missing merchandise. Our delivery team will be reached out either by our team members or by our customers to resolve any issue with the delivered item. If the product is not the original merchandise the customer invoiced for, we will resolve this issue with our customers directly, and come to an agreement for a refund and/or product exchange. However, we do not accept re-delivering or returned products, for this is against our store policy.
